I read a Lot of Alan Dean Foster books only to reread yeeears later and go to my dad like "there's so many drug references! also the weird sexy animals?? a gay unicorn that sexually harasses the main character???" and he was like "eh, you didn't get the references anyway." and I couldn't even argue.

I've always been interested in them because of their relationship to reading people (in the social sense). Cold reading is such an interesting skill, on one hand I wanna be better at it but on the other it seems mostly used for conning people. I'm just a nosy bitch, I don't wanna fleece anyone.

I much prefer the tiny doll blind boxes, but even then I'll only buy them if I like all the options. (Without fail if I don't like All the options I'll get my least favorite. sometimes this is how I find out I had a least favorite.)
Adorable kitties as always! Have you tried goo-gone? It's my go-to for tape gunk. Sometimes you gotta leave it on a while to soften it up but it usually works for me.

I've had to move with my cats quite a few times now and it always sucks. They do calm down quickly when you are in the new place with old familar items though. Hide for a day or two, then explore a bit, then they own it.
lol, more like.. turning my hobby into a job makes it stop being fun. tried that with sewing, won't do it again if i can avoid it! But thank you, it IS still fun lol.
This is machine knitting for me. I'm a solid 2k in, not even counting the yarn, and every time someone asks if I'm going to sell my knitting I hiss at them like a cornered rat.
