Actually, to be more precise, I think it's because I am reviewing things so closely that I have reached this conclusion. Without the experience I would not have noticed some of the subtle mistakes sometimes these systems make.

Yes! This 100%. I need to shift my thinking on debugging though. It's a lot harder to debug code I didn't write.
