Of the 30+ people DOJ charged with assaulting DHS agents, 15 cases have made their way through the courts so far. All have been either dismissed, resulted in no bill, or an innocent verdict. We SCREAMED that they were lying from jump. They defamed Silverio Gonzalez hours after they murdered him.
Reporting from Wired on DHS leasing space for ICE shows a property in the Western suburb of Oakbrook is in the works. IL does not permit privately run detention facilities, so DHS is looking to buy warehouse space in Merrilville, IN, right near Chicago's South Side. Localities need to organize.
Word is that they have been spending more time in the Western suburbs than in the city. It's easier out there for them. Less densely populated, less belligerent, not as well organized as city neighborhoods.
Weekend before they actually "left" Chicago, they rained down hellfire on the Little Village neighborhood. The regular, downtown Chicago ICE HQ personnel stayed. Bovino popped back in for a weekend just to troll Little Village after they were already in MPLS. There are still abductions. Not as many.
