My article is now out in JEMS. Treating temporariness as indefinitely extendable but potentially long-term, it asks what integration means in the Singapore context where migrant construction workers are socially pressured to 'integrate' without standing any chance of permanence/citizenship.

How do we study the social integration of temporary migrants?
