Cuppa Time

consistent frame pacing needs an integer amount of monitor refreshes per frame.
e.g. 2 refreshes on a 144hz monitor means 72fps. or 60fps on 120hz. etc

2 refreshes on 165hz? 82.5fps lol lmao xd
you'd have to go down to 3 refreshes but that's... 55fps

Again, ignore the mess, but here's my high voltage source! Taking 3 volts and bumping it above whatever my multimeter is capable of reading without destroying it. So I'm estimating something like 1-1.5kv in the mesh. Just need to get it installed to the chamber to help ionize the vapors now!
