Julie Morita: My parents were interned in camps for Japanese Americans. We are repeating that national sin. Reflecting on the interment of Japanese Americans and what is happening today challenges us to see how fragile our civil liberties are.

On this date 84 years ago, more than 120,000 people of Japanese descent were incarcerated during World War II, including the parents of our President and CEO Julie Morita. Julie's op-ed in today's @chicagotribune.com reminds us to choose discourse & actions that unite rather than divide us. ⬇️
