Haha no I usually hate HD versions also, but I'm pleased to report that the HD art we made for the 360 release was gifted to the open source community who generally likes it -- I think you can turn off filtering on that version though

My theory is that a lot of people's first brush with visual scripting is in level scripting. With level scripting the position of nodes is critical for function (for event triggers, etc.) but also somewhat useful for organization. Almost none of this transfers over to pure visual scripting
