Low dose exposure is even more effective. They say getting vaccinated and then exposed a few months later is most protection for highly effective vaccines.

I'm vaxxed to the max.
The tetanus vaccine needs an booster update every 10 years.
Fuck AI.
I'm not old enough to have gotten the sugar cube. ๐ซ I got the amazing jab. Lol
How effective is the polio vaccine?
Currently at 2 min walk, 4 minute run and repeat for a total of 30 minutes each day. Saturday I will start 30 minutes run each day.
๐ May have to make my own for riding at night and bike events. I do a few critical mass type rides.
Shirts are lit.
Right now I am leaning towards the concept that our own President is more of a danger to this country than any other country is.
Well, since I'm running again, not fully, I need a new goal.
Looking fowards to everyone else's answers. #runchat
I'm running. Still doing the return to running, but I'll run more the remainder of February and March than I did the entire second half of last year. Training my breathing is the hardest part. #runchat
(leaves blank) Who names shoes? They don't last long enough. But LUNA Sandals are cool enough just being called LUNAs. #runchat
To run the distances I feel most comfortable. The tests the coach administers are not accurate. (That one season I was such a slow sprinter.) #runchat
I don't know, I just liked running and sound care about the label. But I'm proudly an ultra runner now. #runchat
No problem. I wear Luna Sandals. Wind is okay until it forgets to choose one direction to blow. #runchat
I'm getting so close to running again. Having lots of fun learning about my muscles at physical therapy. I'm gonna miss that and the encouragement of the staff. Looking forward to lots of running this summer. #runchat
Perpetual debate with myself about which is worse rain or wind? Rain seems to win until that one windy run a year. #runchat
Running in the hot weather of the middle of summer. #runchat
Don't have an answer. I love quiet runs or the sounds of rivers. #runchat
The backyard style race intrigues me. #runchat
Eating more than I should in energy bars. #runchat
Reminds me of when I did a lot of LONG RUNS. I went to a friend's house and without thinking ate two frozen pizzas. They got upset I didn't share. Sorry, but I was hungry. Lol. 50 to 70 miles weeks, maybe more, did that. #runchat
That bikes exist but I rather run. Also, rubbing in Luna Sandals. Lol. #runchat
OMG! I'm a very light soda drinker and hate cola. But when I did a 50k training run I had a Coca-Cola at about the halfway and it tastes SO GOOD. #runchat
Bubbly water is great all summer long, regardless whether I run. #runchat
I love the run so hard I haven't thought about post run rewards. Will love seeing everyone else's answers. #runchat
I run one race every year and have chiron a friend to run too. My family runs it to. So it's fun to go to that race and see people I love. #runchat
Only one word is tough, but I'll say ADVENTURE. #runchat
Why is there such a focus on racing? They are so expensive. I love just running and choosing my own route. Usually I want more ups and downs than races have. And I get to keep my money for the extra food I'm working up to when I do 100 mile weeks. #runchat
