Make a point of requesting eachother's books at your libraries. I don't know how MANY requests it takes to get a library to stock a book, especially an indie one, but there's only one way to find out.
Yes. But some may be flexible about fees or payment plans. & anyone writing a character, esp a main character, or culture that the author didn't grow up in, ought to budget for a sensitivity reader & deeply consider their notes. Funny how the authors who object most are cishet white guys.
