Basically a secret hack of being active is: make sure you get deep tissue work at least once every 2 weeks, a 30min-1 hour session. This makes all your healing and medicines more effective. I zoned out a lot before caring for my shoulders myself. And I finally grew towards med consistency/frequency.

Fix for angry shoulders and knots. I use this on locked-up muscles for deep tissue release of acids & toxins. I let the weight of the device sit itself into the shoulders. Neurodivergent/tense muscles are real!

This thing cures knots and stress :) it is my go-to for "add shoulders". I also have lower back pain, this kinda fixes it.
