🚀 Progress Update

Our small ground robot is now successfully connected to an RC transceiver, giving it much greater range than Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. These wireless methods often lose connection at longer distances or outside line of sight, but the RC link provides a more reliable control.

The plan is to first get things working with sonar, then ditch the ultrasonic sensor and switch entirely to vision-based navigation. The goal? See how far computer vision alone can take us, and how it stacks up against traditional sensor.

Did you know also that SpeedyBee flight controller can be connected to a Raspberry Pi and used for your robotics project? 🤯🤖

The image shows a simple UART connection:
TX → RX
RX → TX
GND → GND

This lets Raspberry Pi handle AI, vision, ROS, while the flight controller manages real-time control.
