Video from our lil sled run today. Maxed at 13mph. Even made the human chase the sled after she let go to put on gloves and I took off.

Why are we stopping???
Went for a 1.25 mile run around the work property and the human lost her ice cleat so we get to do it again after work!
THE HUMAN GOT A SLED.

At least once there's no standing water.
Good news is that we have a special present coming soon!! It's not this exact one but close! I'm gonna be a real sled dog!
I spy a vet bill.
Journey goes in for surgery to remove a very angry tooth on Wednesday.
The car also goes in for a headlight issue on Wednesday.
2026 is going to be the wrong kind of year at this rate.
The garden outside is frozen so we are trying some other fun stuff for indoors growing this winter.

The human still is healing from her appendectomy so no pups in bed overnight but she is starting to let us in bed for morning snuggles after breakfast! Not pictured is me hiding by her feet under a giant pile of blankets. Journey is needy enough for both of us.
I had a tickle in my throat afterwards that wouldn't go away for like 48 hours. Which isn't terrible if the coughing that ensued didn't absolutely wreck me with the tender stomach. I'm still a giant bruise
Human tried talking them into going halvsies on a kidney sale to the black market. No takers on that offer.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. As of 5 hours ago, the human finished 1 week of recovery from an appendectomy. Stay away from funny people, sneezing and coughing, and you'll do great!
It should be illegal to make brownies with mayo but here we are. The human says they are actually pretty tasty and beats making a trip to the grocery store for oil.
The human is starting to spend a few minutes out of her bedroom so we are careful not to give her too much excitement.
The human survived her appendectomy and is home recovering. Once her tummy heals up more in a few days, we will go snuggle her but for now she's locked away in the bedroom. Good things she is kennel trained.
Quick update on the human! CT scan has shown improvement of her appendix. She goes in Tuesday for her appendectomy and then in 2-3 weeks, should be able to start living life again without worry of it rupturing again.

Journey standing goofy on an office chair. Her back legs are straight and standing on the arm rest while her front legs are bent on the seat part of the chair. It looks like an exaggerated downward dog pose.
Sister has apparently been taking yoga lessons. Human must have dropped some crumbs on her office chair and when journey jumped behind her on the chair, noticed them and got distracted mid jump.
Almost had a new brother today! Hobbs is a dog from around the corner and a few houses down. He escaped and came to visit but the human wouldn't let us say hello (eat) to a strange dog. The human fell in love almost immediately.
An assortment of ribbons, awards and silly signs. One sign reads "I don't have a problem with caffeine, I have a problem without it" and the other is a dachshund with a saddle on it captioned "wiener rides 25 cents". Ribbons are from different dryland races, weight pulls, and from participation at the Wisconsin State Fair.
The human has been cleaning and is slowly finding different ribbons and awards I've earned over the years. At some point she wants to have a whole wall of our adventures.
The maples in the backyard dropped their leaves in a single panic which left a nice little blanket of leaves underneath them.
Which color do you think suits Me better? If I lay down and don't move, I blend in perfectly with the red leaves and become invisible.

Ran the 1 dog bike and the 1 dog scooter class! It was weird running with people that aren't in my family but we had clean runs and that's what counts. The human was support staff since she is on restricted activity.
Redpaws Dirty Dog Dryland Derby weekend!! The human brought pumpkins, and it's getting cold enough tonight that I am in bed with her for camping so neither of us freeze.

One of my friends is making fun mushing shirts but needs 10 preorders before they can move forward with it. The material is very soft and sizes seem to be a little on the larger size.
The human usually wears a medium but will be getting a small.
