when an accelerated student have a little notecard, it lists which classes they need to graduate with their BS and how the MS classes fit into their last 2 semesters. When they officially apply to the program, they get a big notecard with all the grad classes on it.

as students take classes, I mark out which classes they have finished with a blue highlighter, the ones they are currently enrolled in in yellow. I note any substitutions or classes they take outside the program that count towards their degree.

any time we meet, I make a note on the back of the notecard re: whatever we discuss or plan. On the front, I have all our courses listed by number, the semester & year they start the program, and what track they are on🗒️

my veterinarian just uses little notecards to track when he sees each of my 7 pets, and I have done the same for all my graduate and accelerated students as program director. Accelerated students get a little notecard, graduate students get a big one.🗒️
