The Trump appearance at the Department of Justice was unprecedented. Under the UCMJ it would be considered as improper command influence as policies of the CinC. As head of the Executive Branch establishing policy for the Dept of Justice and FBI, possibly this taints future non-military cases.

It is clear Elon really doesn't know anything about American history or patriotism.

That would likely be the 59th state if you follow the historical pattern the US has added states and territories. Then there is the language issue with French. It doesn't seem Trump really understands what he is doing - they're only simple in his mind.
