Suffolk deaneries - useful to know when ordering our indexes. The website has a praish locator which allows you to drill down into the parishes in each deanery
Snippet from Jan 1977 Suffolk Roots about a request for assistance with migration costs for poor people in Stradbroke. When Poor Law changes took effect in 1834 more parish assisted migration took place. The actual article has more detail and more names from Stradbroke.
