Today was a tough one! 30-Minute Run (first one post-race), 15-Minute Kettlebell Workout (Caroline Girvan) and a 15-Minute Pilates Mat workout. I'm now on the couch with a bowl of soup and some water (I've also had some electrolytes and protein).
