I just did my first pull up. It’s taken a few months of dead hangs, scapular shrugs, grip strength etc and today I did it. It wasn’t elegant. It wasn’t perfect. But it was fucking amazing.
It was my one goal in November when I started this journey to just do one pull up. I feel genuinely on cloud 9
