The bulk of the money Missouri gives to pregnancy centers comes from federal funds meant to assist families with basic necessities and child care.
As many as $3 of every $4 was from the federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program in 2024, and in 2026, it will be $2 out of $3.

This wild rice seed ended up stuck inside the light fixture over the planters. Instead of shriveling up and dying it sprouted and spread roots to hang on tight.
After carrying it around the classroom for students to observe I moved it into a pot of marshy soil.

Great moment in class. Two girls in first year engineering built a really cool mechanism (a bevel gear but elevated about 10 inches in the air so not easy) and I brought over three girls in second year engineering who gave them their flowers
