in reality i was a temp worker and my job was to switch the logo and text color on like 100,000 documents for an investment firm over the course of a few months. the break room had the most shockingly bad coffee i’ve ever experienced.
remembering time in 2014 when i told my coworkers i was going to see the bands Diarrhea Planet, Yuck and Superchunk that week and they looked at me with horrified disgust. my boss on monday said “so how was the Super Barf show or whatever you were doing ?”
i knew it !!!
i put on Brian Setzer Orchestra and Iggy was like “ah man, me and Brian actually had some wild times together in the 90’s”. then he showed me a very rare esoteric 70’s punk band called UBUNTU
dreamt last night that i was chilling in Iggy Pop’s basement, and he had this archaic mixing console from the early 60’s all wired up, and we were smoking joints and just picking from a huge stack of CD’s and listening to tunes.
kaputt makes me wanna wear a robe and boxer makes me wanna wear dress shoes so i gotta go with destroyer
it was really cool to see 🥹 it was much more muted to the naked eye but they way it moved was really wild. then 10 min later i bought my dog an ice cream cone!
