Currently taking 60,000iu vitD. Should I take vit K if I am eating 18 eggs daily? So recently started taking 60,000iu vit D weekly, along with 440 mg elemental mag glycinate. Now, I know vitK is an also important cofactor, but should I be taking it considering I eat 18 eggs daily (please don't say its un-healthy, I have been eating them for 2 years and my cholesterol levels have been perfectly good, so no worries). A single egg contains a minimum of 60mcg of vitK, so even if I consider it to be 30mch, I would still be getting 540 mcg of vitamin K every day. So should I be taking Vitk supplements?
