For sure. He doesn’t seem particularly favoured, which is what irks me. I know he has issues around how robust he is.
Rio was fun tonight though eh?

You know I know this Dan. I’m a regular listener to UP. Was being somewhat facetious as I know it’s logical, just a shame one of our best performers isn’t available to play as often as we’d hope/need this season.
What a ridiculous response to a Liverpool legend.
Dan’s right that we should be mindful of players smashing through their career high mins, I’m just pointing out we pick & choose when we care about that.
How’s our RB/CM/10 doing in that respect? 😅
Could be an idea for Curtis to play more
“Ooh that’s close” showing an angle that he’s clearly onside
Hahaha, literally blocked me for that soft jab response. Good grief
You’re welcome. Just alive to the baseless Milos slander this season. 👍🏽
Not what he would want, that’s the manager’s instruction if it happens
Vintage LFC there.
Quick transition, Robbo to Mo - Goal.
I loved that
Relying on all the bingo cards this season.
A Robbo screamer. I’ve wanted that goal from him for years!!
It shouldn’t feel like this much hard work for LFC to create clear chances against a side like Wolves.
Luckily there are some different weapons on the bench. Gakpo non existent so far
Just infinitely more positive & dynamic than Gakpo
Super bright start by Rio, such a refreshing change.
He’s genuinely managed to have Rio starting but still crowbar Gakpo into the team.
I know Arsenal fans will likely enjoy every drop of Tottenham despair, but I think it would be a tragic story of corporate mismanagement & priorities being in all the wrong places should they actually go down.
The second point is what annoys me most.
So much of what he says emphasises the opposition influencing how we can play, rather than our approach being strong enough to have us impose ourselves on them.
After praising him for his communication last season, the press conferences from Slot have gotten worse and worse.
Shifting blame. Stating falsehoods about how the side presses & chance creation.
This is a PL season defined by risk averse football, set piece routines, poor officiating & widespread cheating from players across the league.
The sooner it’s done the better, irrespective of LFC’s end to the campaign.
Someone should rip those CBs away from Forest this summer
Not sure about anyone else, but I always find it pretty wild when Arne Slot talks about a bad Liverpool performance like a fan doing a post-match video for YouTube as opposed to the man in charge of that performance.
Ball possession Arne, but little illustration of a method to create quality chances.
Just an accumulation of XG from pot shots, set pieces & individual brilliance. No impactful process to speak of.
A humiliating defeat to a historically crap side.
I hate this season.
Those fouls should be red cards.
Cynical crap, followed by faking an injury.
Big goal from Mo, followed by an awful missed pass on the counter.
Virgil too soft there.
This has been pathetic from Liverpool.
Gakpo genuinely messed that up?
Closer to goal, alongside Hugo is what I’d go for this season. But we decided not to buy any actual wingers so it’s not really an option
Mo’s not really been that type of winger for years now, we seemed to acknowledge that last season, whilst being oblivious to it this time around.
