Two things: I had issues with cached images from previous streams showing up for viewers when they were loading the current stream, and I needed to know if the Picarto API allowed for developing a moderation-type bot for my channel (like the ones folks have on Twitch).
I know a handful of folks who still use Picarto regularly. I got sick of the site myself because Picarto's support desk seems to be permanently out to lunch and I couldn't get answers to basic questions
