I was struggling to remember the name of the Oggo last night and just settled for 'Yknow, the zeonic Ball equivalent, the Tube.'

I do like putting these together because it makes me think about which games were important inflection points for me enjoying the hobby.

It'd look good pressed into a little dollop of wax on a doll's forehead, is the thing.
She's so cute, is the thing! Plus the little panel lines bring out her details!
this bill is legitimately a three-alarm fire. if they manage to define trans existence as explicit then there is nothing stopping them from genocide. i need every single cis person talking about this, calling their reps, getting out in the streets.
Tiny little knee-high orange robot posed next to a very big zaku and his Big Gun.
Here's the little 1/144 Draken E with a 1/144 zaku for scale. He's just a little guy!
HG Draken E, a piloted power-loader style orange model robot, posed with its cockpit open.
The Draken E with its hands replaced by crane arms for that classic power loader look.
HG Draken E confronts the 1/144 Draken E from the GM Sniper 2 kit. He's just a little guy!
They're friends now.
Still sick so still pushing the backlog. HG Draken E from gundam base, featuring the tiny little 1/144 Draken E from the gm sniper 2 kit.
I love chunky little power loaders so much. If there's 100 Petite-Mobile fans in the world I am one of them, if there's only one petit-mobile fan it's me.
The HG Berserker Nobell charged in a lunge against the regular HG Nobell who is just minding her own business.
Putting then next to each other it's neat that all the Berserker's colors are also higher gloss plastic (with the purple and even mechanical gunmetal parts having that old fashioned injected gloss that gives an uneven finish).
The torso of a partially built HG Nobell Gundam, a feminine robot with vents and livery which resemble a big mechanical sailor suit. She's subtly pink, and her normal reds and blues have been replaced with a nice fuchsia and violet.
bird brain pose
A fully assembled Nobell in a fencer's guard, peace sign held by her chin.
HG Berserker Nobell charges are an enemy with a lunge and a beam saber.
HG Nobell berserker, one of my favorites of all time! She comes together just like the regular HG Nobell but her colors are all tinted by the 'hacks your brain and makes you rage' aura. I love her.
Haha shoutout to the big monstrous dykes into butch breaking, truly one of the most important genders of all.
Pierced
HGTB Zaku, a green model robot, standing behind and operating a mech-scale tripod-based beam cannon that is bigger than it.
A different angle showing how much space the Big Gun takes up, it's broader and taller than the zaku!
I built big gun zaku's big gun! Not particularly interesting to put together, and like all HGTB it had twice it's weight in stickers, but I really like how the boy looks when he's properly stanced up behind this thing.
Empty sticker and decal sheets alongside the manuals marking guide for the HGTB Zaku. There were so many stickers.
Like it really did ask me to apply over 100 stickers for a hg, by the end of it. Not as egregious as the HGTB Psycho Zaku, which is one of my favorite looking HGs despite its build being frustrating.
The torso unit of a Thunderbolt Zaku, a green model robot.
The completed HG Zaku TB, posing with his machine gun pointing at the camera.
HGTB Zaku poised for takeoff and all stickered up now.
HGTB Zaku from the rear showing the machine gun and heat hawk strapped under the backpack alongside the bazooka and fuel tank.
My final gundam backorder of 2024 finally got here so I had to build him. It's HG Zaku TB and his Big Gun (not yet built). Enough deviation from the hguc zaku to make a different experience even before the 100 stickers it asks you to put on, but I like his weapon storage a whole lot.
Rocky Horror had been around long enough by the time Zeta aired that this dream has possibly affected generations of women from the beginning.
Had some of the experiences of a lifetime, forged bonds stronger than steel that can reach across mountains, and followed an impulse that will leave an indelible positive mark on my mind and body for the rest of my life. What a week it has been.
Pleasure to share ink with you bestie.
More Cima yuri is always welcome, I aspire to her attitude as an evil woman.
A posed HG gqux Gyan, a white knight-inspired model kit with a big rocket lance almost 1.5x it's own height.
The Gqux Gyan again, from a lower angle.
Forgot to take pictures of this guy during the build process but gqux Gyan was actually really fun to build. Still a lot of stickers on round parts which seems the signature of the gqux line, but minus a few small ones for the arms they were all easily applied and look good.
People who wrap their personality around a media property and feel so intensely about it that they feel Wounded of someone critiques it or disagrees with their interpretation of a work are so Interesting. Like, your empathy extends to fictional characters but not the haters huh? Wild.
Schwarzette was my favorite WfM kit! She looks so good and came together so cleanly, plus they really pushed the new gimmicks/tech (print-in parts, stiffened metallic stickers, all plastic joints) to show off the line's best features. Plus she's a bug goat angel and that's neat!

Scrungliest Hathaway yet.
More backlog arriving that I ordered half a year ago before I got super busy, now I'm looking at a towering pile of boxes and wondering where to start making a dent in it again.
I love the two little pairs of sub arms/manipulators, love the idea of this big chunky nightmare of a crab brawler also being able to pick up human scale objects with those little hands.
Three creators working within Lancer's creative ecosystem told @newmadras.bsky.social that the mech RPG's large fan community isn't just dedicated -- they're indispensable collaborators.
Turns out if you Rogue hard enough you can just be a beyblade every other turn and do truly silly amounts of damage.
Sometimes a sort-of-deserter and a wounded veteran from the other side get to rebuild a robot homoerotically while a song about having a moment of infidelity plays, it's probably the thing 0083 does best.
These are lovely colors, great work with your kitbashing!
