Fun fact - ISU’s meat judging team is MAET (meat animal evaluation team)

ISU apparently has meat, horse, livestock, and dairy judging (and soils but different department and I know the coach for that one and she is lovely). The animal science dropped my class as a requirement so we can dislike them (also my class teaches about parasites evolution and ecology- lol)

Our computer lab was in the area that they used to teach slaughtering and it has a ghost of someone who died from a slaughtering related injury (bled out waiting for the elevator)

Regular meat judging sort of confuses me and I have a PhD in rangeland ecology from TAMU (I get soil judging - sort of)
