I’ve been heartened by Thune’s actions recently. On Sunday he said Stephen Miller should be fired. That’s an unusual level of independence in his party these days.

There’s emerging reporting from the New York Times that it’s true that a girls’ school was bombed on the first day of the Iran war with many children killed, and that it was likely done by the US. Of course I don’t believe it was deliberately targeted but this is an extreme horror and needs answers.
