what are you talking about? Merrick Garland was appointed AG by Biden. He dragged his feet on investigating/prosecuting Trump. McConnell basically instructed the Biden Justice Department to prosecute Trump when he voted against impeachment.
IT's really too bad that Jack Smith wasn't appointed until November 2022. He should have been appointed in February of 2021.
