Its a really cool interaction that could have some interesting impacts for phage cocktail design and increasing the diversity of phages discovered #phagesky #pseudomonas
Really cool pre-print by Ellie Tong and my supervisor @btemperton.bsky.social that I'm proud to have a even a little role in! Bacterial resistance to one Pseudomonas phage coneys susceptibility to another!! Super cool stuff, exited to see where this leads!

On the final day of #WorldPhageWeek we reflect on our summer #Phage Bootcamp, led by University of Exeter's Michelle Michelson, Ben Temperton and Christian Finch, who also run @citizenphage.bsky.social. An amazing learning experience, and a great opportunity to bring members of the team together.
Excited to annouce the latest research published by our lab, which is led by Dinesh Subedi and is out today in Nature Microbiology.

Ahh amazing, thank you! I'll definitely give those a look - still learning all the ropes with the website!
In a totally not awkward introduction post inspired by websites I now think were AI written, hello.
I'm a PhD student working on #phagetherapy to treat antibiotic resistant infections!
If I find something interesting, either reading, IRL, or about an interest, I'll be sure to post it here!
