Lunacy is the word. I think when u're living thru something ur mind has ways to cope and we struggle to really comprehend the gravity of things which is why people freeze in these moments. If this was a film, I would have turned it off becuz the plot had now gotten too ridiculous to suspend belief.

It looks like I got it wrong and the videos are from Leesburg in Virginia. The hall contains a huge amount of federal workers sharing experiences since Musk's take over. One of the people Musk sent in is sleeping on the work floor with his baby and wife!!!

I had this live in the background listening and this is what I thought I heard her say. I presumed the journalist in the room ignored her because I had misheard and laughed at myself. wtf, how did no one challenge her on this ridiculous claim?

It curious how Sam changed in the last few years. At 1 point he even wrote wat I think is one of best pieces on how we create an economy that shares in AI more broadly. I've always been happy to let capitalism drive AI innovation as end game is massive positive changes that are an inevitable endgame
