Southern Ohio has some great roads, about an hour and a half SE of me. Car and Driver's test loop around Old Man's Cave and the Triple Nickel (OH 555) are both great.

Where I'm from we would comment on how clean that looked. That corrosion is pretty much inconsequential around here.

Cardle sometimes gives me a sneak peek by refreshing the image at the level I answered yesterday's. So I got to see this at level 4 right off the bat. I wish it wouldn't do that.

I would have gotten this, but maybe not at level 1.

Maybe it's a corporate accounts thing, but the IT guy says the Apple PW recovery process takes TWO WEEKS.

I tried on my old phone but after waiting an hour to access the PW change area, it still requires my old PW to proceed. Best I can tell, I'm screwed.

This has been my experience over and over again with Apple. Why do people think they're so great?

Reinforced my "no fruit computers" mantra.

I've spent hours trying to get into my work iCloud account so I can activate my new phone. The PW I have is incorrect somehow. I can't online because some enhanced security is enabled by my employer. I can't on my new phone because not enough personal info was provided?

I can't remember if it was the Samsung SCH-i730 or the Palm Treo 600. I think it was the Samsung. Both bought used, no data plans. Probably around 2005?

Comined a phone and PDA into one device so I didn't have to carry two. Now I carry two smartphones.

As an engineer, if you compare the dwg to what was built and find a mismatch, the build is inaccurate, not the dwg. If there was a need to build different, there should be a change request from the build team to the engineering team. If that doesn't exist, then this is a "built wrong" situation.

Several small SUVs are doing this kind of 2 tone now. A true 2 tone body application needs to come back on things other than the gaudy Maybach.

That said, your take above is very correct. We've got a CRV hybrid and it's a fantastic vehicle. Almost minivan like in its versatility.

Minivans would like a word.

Our house came with a folder with most of the original plans. Then, years after moving here and after the prior owners moved our of state, there was a knock on the door. It was the prior owner's brother with the rest of them. Our house is "only" 40 years old, but it's still pretty neat.

A bucket list car, for sure.

We've had a Prius, 2 Accords and now a CRV. The Hondas drive better, but the Prius was a 2007. I think they're better now.

The new plug in Prius and RAV4 are intriguing. Essentially an EV for most local driving and a long range hybrid when you need it.

We've had a string of hybrids over the last decade and we love them. We'll go EV eventually, but it's my wife's car primarily and she's not ready. Plus we do frequent long trips.

For me, it's still gotta be a manual. Can't beat the connection to the machine. Been driving them for 40 years.

I've pushed and pushed the left one on my car and it only slows slightly. The middle one works much better.

That's quite the collection of letters.
