Finished apple cinnamon bread. First time making and wasn't as successful as I wanted but was fun to try!
Bottom crust stuck to pan because of the sugar from the apples and cinnamon, gunna be nightmare to clean this out! Ugh
The bread on the other hand wasn't as successful. The fruit in the middle melted and became yummy and gooey like an apple pie. But the dough didn't proof enough, should've left it overnight!
The frust sugars also made the bottom crust stick to the pan so that's going to be fun to clean 😂 ugh
Finished result of trying to make a focaccia using sour dough starter for the first time. A little well toasted and not very fluffy but still yummy!

The focaccia came out a success in my books! The sour dough starter needs to be abit more stronger and needs to proof more but happy with my first try!

Sour dough starter turned into a focaccia style dough in olive oil and herbs waiting to be baked.
Started off with prepping the dough to make some sort of flat bread but I'm also just experimenting and having fun with this and see what I like to make.
So I turned into a focaccia style bread!

Today is a wake and bake and clean my place day!

Yes! I love cooking! I've worked In so many kitchens I can cook most dishes or at least confidently follow a recipe so home cooking is so much fun!
In a bowl made a bed of pasta topped some of those yummy stewed veggies, it's with a tomato base and I added a bit of chili flakes so it's got a nice kick. 🤤 Topped with a sliced piece of the oven roasted pork!
So good and hearty and filling! 🤤
Pork is done. I also slow stewed a big pot of cabbage and veggies with a side of fusilli pasta to pair with it. I can't wait to make my plate dig in!
It smells so good even the dogs up from bed checkin in! Lol 🤤
Now that the pork is in the oven roasting going to enjoy my half of the beer and rip my bong Before I start cooking my side dishes.
