Eleven years ago I commissioned @amartinezbueno.bsky.social to draw a Karate Kid vs. Storm Shadow commission for me, and this year I asked @simongough2099.bsky.social to color it! Both artists are amazingly talented and did incredible work!

Provenance of Madness cover, from years ago. I love how @simongough2099.bsky.social colored this. ๐
Ugh, I really need to keep on top of posting stuff from ages back, got endless pages, covers and commissions to post... social media drains me though with the endless grind of self promotion. Anyway, rant over, old Scarlet Spider from, pfft, ages ago. Lines from Kevin Castaniero, colours from me.
The lovely and talented @simongough2099.bsky.social put some gorgeous colors on my Captain Britain vs. Karate Kid commission by Alan Davis!

Half hour mess about this morning before pages. Thanos, an oldie from Gerardo Zaffino, splash of colours from me.
Showing off the whole uncropped Transformers cover I got to do a year or so back with Sean Gordon Murphy, thought it had got lost in limbo, turns out Hasbro are using it for the 'The Transformers: The Movie Deluxe Edition' hardcover collection.
I'm cool with that ๐
Yeah I get invites to attend cons and comic related stuff in the US... I wouldn't risk it now at all, isn't worth it.
Something Star Wars from a few years back coloured by the excellent @simongough2099.bsky.social
Just saw this on solicits, D'Orc #2 from Image Comics, Invincible crossover variant. Lines from Brett Bean, with colours from me. Out now for pre-orders ๐ Lot of fun, great lines from Brett.
Next year sees me lettering DISCWORLD BOOKS (Multiple!!), More BLACK MIRROR (!) & loads of other awesome projects. PLUS! The release of THUNDER CHILD (Co-written by @matthew-hardy.bsky.social & I, art by @countpagan.bsky.social & colors by @simongough2099.bsky.social) from @comicstitan.bsky.social!
Merry xmas to your mom, and give her a big thanks as well.
Just had this today. Finished a first issue, all 600dpi, sent the second issue for flats, started setting up and realised it's 300dpi per page for issue 2. And it uses a specific zip tone size.... Ugh. Having to base render, then upscale for the zip tone and hope there's minimal changes.
Little commission colours from Sean Gordon Murphy, his 'The Last Halloween' homage. I think there might be some kind of prints, somewhere, at some point... Best get to the conventions I imagine for that though, or give Sean a follow to find out!
Knee deep in pages on 3 projects, but had to break away yesterday morning to spend 30mins on this mess about. Nothing crazy, just a Penguin from Jonathan Glapion. A warm penguin, and a cold penguin because i'm indecisive.
Pages....
Quick little 1 hour piece from the other night before bed. 'Boxer Conan', lines from Gerardo Zaffino, lovely as ever. Splashes from me.
Back to pages now...
Just saw IDW have posted this Rocketeer cover I did some time back with Sean Gordon Murphy on lines. The story was in tribute to Amelia Earhart, hence her being in the image, need to get a copy to read it myself. Fun times on this though, always loved The Rocketeer design.
Looking for work for myself.
Looking to stack up the pin-up/cover/commission pile again. If anyone has anything, or knows anyone who might, drop my name in a hat by all means. Busy with page work, but just filling gaps as they come up.
Thanks guys.
Little kickstarter just started up for the Volume 1 of Voiceless, a cool fantasy indie I coloured over Gioele Filippo. It's italian, but i'm sure there will be multiple translations offered digitally. Should have #2 out later next year as well.

Ah, an oldie I forgot to post last year, from the Zorro Kickstarter as reward for the top tier backers (they had their mugs placed in the photo frames after I had finished!). Lines from Sean Gordon Murphy, with colours from me, obvious Days of Future Past homage... obviously!

Did you just insult my most favourite and watched movie of all time... we be having Dim Mak when I see you next mate!
Love some Hertzog.
Feel that. Dropped out of twitter and Facebook altogether on my phone, just desktop to post work and check messages, but I'm in and out, it's too depressing and easy to get sucked in.
On top of this, @matthew-hardy.bsky.social @countpagan.bsky.social @simongough2099.bsky.social and I all have a nomination for Thunder Child in the best crowdfunding category as well. Thank you to everyone who nominated us!
I had the pleasure of my first Marvel cover a while back (through DC, so still not officially worked for them on paper). So yeah, got these lines off Sean Gordon Murphy, and went to town. Batman/Deadpool #1 variant cover, due out Novermber 19th!
Yes, that's not Batman, I am aware it's Lobo lol!
Event Horizon, drew this 5 years ago- Amazing colors by @simongough2099.bsky.social !
Cover colours for the upcoming Battle Beast #6, from Image/Skybound (Invincible spin off series from Kirkman and Ottley). Lines from Sean Gordon Murphy, colours from me.
That was a lot of 'from's'.
This was a lot of fun, loved how this came out.
Coloured this a while back as a personal piece, lines from the ever impeccable Gerardo Zaffino, with an appreciative nod to Mike Spicer for letting me have his flats file as I was being lazy.
Conan.
