Take an average if everyone's souls and level, and give them to the new player so they can jump in quickly

I love playing Deadlock, but one thing I hope they fix with the matchmaking is people leaving at the BEGINNING of the match. That shit is so annoying. Because when someone leaves the game continues, which is an automatic loss. The game doesnt count for anything when they dc, but it still sucks
