Anthropic just analyzed 700,000 Claude conversations β and found its AI has a moral code of its own

Itβs amazing how many people flipped from, βI disagree with what you say, but will defend to the death your right to say it!β to, βItβs fine for ICE to black bag people for saying βFree Palestine!ββ
I keep harping on this because I keep being furious about it
Ok, quick thread on why DeepSeek is blowing up assumptions about LLMs and maybe the whole (U.S.) AI industry. DeepSeek is an AI lab funded by a Chinese hedge fund, their AI code is open source, meaning freely available to use, which most big U.S. models (aside from Metaβs) are not. Thatβs the startβ¦

So true π
Sure... But then who created them?
I guess it has to happen eventually... Always thought the expansion packs were their way of testing new ideas. Definitely not this time.
Is it bad that I hope that's the case? Glad they are taking a bigger risk this time though. Maybe I'll regret it come February.
Completely π
Really?
Good to see you here π
@tomjenen.bsky.social well that wasn't as easy as I expected! Clicking the username in LinkedIn didn't take me to the app and instead took me to the web page and forced me to log in (and remember password) but got there in the end.
