In other news I finally got a new electric razor so my facial hair isn't gonna look fuckinnnngggg dogshitttt anymore

I feel I conveyed it sufficiently in the content of the video itself, but I want to emphasise again that I saw this as a fun opportunity I embraced with open arms rather than hectic damage control, and I'd happily do it again.

I think what definitely felt really good about this new video is it allowed me to discuss the scene in a way where I could, in a way, introduce myself as a presence beyond being just the informational voiceover, and that feels really refreshing ~

I'm always a little nervous about meeting people I know online in the flesh due to some unfortunate experiences, but I hope I get a chance to see some of you at Miku Expo this year - it'll be my very first time going and I get more and more glad I grabbed a ticket with each day.

This is gonna sound weird but for the longest time I always saw myself as "Vsynth Uncle" where you're all doing your thing and I occasionally pop my head around the door, but I feel more confident and willing to join you and your efforts recently.

This is an extremely out of pocket level of sappiness, but despite being in this community for years, the past two years in particular have felt like a tide change where I feel like an active social participant in this space, and you've all been delightful to get along with 💚
