Our reception was at an art museum. Our guests’ place cards had works on art on the back - we encouraged our guests to find “their” works during the reception. (I now work there.)

I didn’t know there was a “correct” way to sit in the tube. It’s more of a drape than just plunking your butt in the hole. I hit a very large bump and the landing was painful.

I bought myself roller skates when Eddie got rollerblades. Mine are silver metallic with wheels that light up. Clearly I am in some kind of regression buying myself the kind my mother would have definitely NOT bought me when I was his age. I will skate with you....just say when!

I thought I broke my butt when we were snow tubing in Switzerland last month. I am only now to the point where I can sit normally on hard ground. I can safely say I feel your pain. I hope your butt feels better soon.

Bridal shops? I had a pair dyed very light blue by my bridal shop to wear at my wedding. I’m hoping I can find someone to re-dye them black. They were actually comfy and $$$$$ and they’ve just been sitting in a little satin bag in my closet for 14 years.

I had to shorten sleeves on something for Eddie and my MIL (trying to be helpful) said “you can do that easily on the sewing machine.” Ha.ha.ha. I need to psych myself up for a full 24 hours before I turn that on these days!!!
