I don't often step outside my liking for plain 'builder's tea' - strong, with milk, 2 not sugars - but I treated myself to a mixed pack of Twinings chai teabags. Vanilla was nice, quite relaxing, but today was Gingerbread Spice. Good lord. That is just delicious. Steeped for a good 5 minutes mind!
For me it was work experience, working alongside my grandad in a health food shop. We got fresh bread rolls in every day and the whole shop seemed full of sunlight and good smells.
Here is a rather lovely vegan side dish that can be made non vegan if you wish. I'm halfway through making it, and the sauce smells so comforting!

I have been watching/listening to a lot of Yungblud and Aerosmith this weekend.
This has resulted in another round of 'I really must get more tattoos'. (And still loving the white bits in my hair.)

I used to think that the BBC was a wonderful invention, because they've put so much information out there.

I ordered some nice Yule decorations from Etsy this week, to go on our cast iron fireplace. I can't wait for them to get here. I'm not sure they will ever come down, to be honest!
