🌷 The sun is shining in Leeds and it feels like spring is upon us and so is 'moving season'! There have been a flurry of tenants ready to move on and just as many new move ins. So there are a lot of new beginnings happening but it feels very seasonally appropriate!

- Long-term empty homes = 265,061 (+ 4000!)
- People entirely homeless or in temp accommodation = 354,000

I work for a charity that does up derelict houses, gives young NEETs trainee construction jobs, turns the houses into supported homes for homeless people at social rents, often think we should be featured on Homes under the hammer as a special episode to sort of offset the other less virtuous ones
