Back in the day it would be a Friday or Saturday night starting between 6/7pm then going on until the early hours. These days 3 to 4 hours is just right with friends, an hour with strangers is fine.
I've played the game quite a few times, I think it gives a good feel of the film personally (mind you, we played the scenarios individually rather than in the campaign).

Nice! They're all excellent sculpts except for the Queen, I think I might rebase the Clix queen I have. That looks a perfect size.

Was Shadow War Armageddon within the last 10 years? I still say it's the best GW skirmish game apart from original Necromunda.
Just received these in a trade. The WoW game is unplayed, and the other two are complete and in an amazing condition for their age. They almost look brand new!

I highly recommend this book. It's a collection of short stories that are mix of Cthulhu Mythos and dark comedy based in and around a town called Neverbury. I'm just about to start the second one now 🙂
