I love The Return but it’s nothing like the original, apart from in moments. In some ways I prefer it. As a body of work, it’s all great. I mean the middle of season 2 after Lynch walked out is the lowest quality for me, but still good. Agreed about ep8, which stands on its own, Lynchian genius!
