MoP apparently getting an unlock to turn frosts water elemental into a blood elemental is ANNOYING but also what if its just leaking out of a future Midnight patch and its a green fire warlock situation that ties into Astalor so we get goopy blood mages over frost
My worry with Ulduar is it might just end up feeling like dornogal again. They want these cities to be dragon riding accessible so it'd have to be above ground.

I feel like this building specifically is based on the old sanctum, which according to blood ties is still fully up and running and full of warlocks but ingame its totally barren and mostly just there as another entrance to Astalors space
Theres all these secluded basements in murder row that feels like you should enter into a sight like this but instead its just empty
