A watercolor painting of the Pokemon Sceptile and Treecko. The pair are on Route 119 from the Hoenn region. Sceptile is holding up its arm, smiling at the little Treecko climbing up on it. The grass is tall, and there are several waterfalls in the background. The sky is cloudy, and rain falls over the left side of the shot, while the right features a rainbow. Several Hoenn Pokemon are in the background, including a Tropius under some pine trees, some Wingull flying above, and a Lileep at the water's edge.

Yep! Though turns out pixeling a hat on an Eevee sprite is a lot more difficult to make it look good than you think!
