okay I'm working on getting a sleep study done. currently I'm spending probably 50% of my time asleep and it's becoming a real problem - can't draw, can't socialize, too low energy to focus on things. hopefully answers will abound

oh I'm sure that's contributing, I've just also had a lifelong issue with sleep regulation that I still haven't put a name to (ruled out a couple things so far though!). spontaneous fatigue, used to have constant insomnia (now hypersomnia), presyncope especially when I'm tired, etc.

I have been sleeping an absurd amount lately, to the point I'm tempted to go back in for a sleep study. could be depression but i just have no energy, especially when i try to sit down and do something creative
