I was chatting with my wife recently about flirting and dating and she asked me how I might approach her if we met at a bookstore.

She asked why I wouldn't offer to buy her a book. That got me thinking. Would people find that strange or cute? Does it depend on the book?

I heard some old friends at Pod Save America were in town, so I decided to stop by. As we saw this week, we can change this country for the better. But it’s going to take all of us getting organized and having honest conversations about the best way forward.
