there is genuinely no use getting stressed in advance ESPECIALLY if it ends up being over nothing. but also generally speaking too bc you just double the stress….. and for what? nothing. except a headache or something.
i feel like i’m a little pessimistic lately and i don’t like it… i go through phases where i’m like expecting irritating/‘bad’ stuff to happen but it’s silly bc good stuff can happen too. also if irritating stuff happens i just gotta deal with it in the moment.
