We presented a vision for DSA based on real, material solidarity with the people of the third world in their struggle against US imperialism.

We have changed DSA history by passing a resolution that, for the very first time, holds endorsed officials accountable for supporting Zionism. We've made the struggle for Palestinian liberation a red line for our organization.

Last but certainly not least, meet Ahmed! Ahmed joined DSA in 2017, when DSA first pledged its support for BDS. He served as co-chair of Denver DSA, led Palestine Solidarity, mutual aid, immigrant, and abolition organizing in both Denver and NYC, and currently serves on the NPC.
Meet our next NPC candidate Nell! Nell has been a member of Metro DC DSA since 2020 and serves on Steering for the DSA International Committee. Nell helped build and sustain Metro DC DSAβs Abolition Working Group, and Internationalism Working Group!
Meet Andrew! Heβs served multiple terms as Denver DSA's Treasurer and created and chaired the local Internationalism Committee. As a founding member of the Colorado Palestine Coalition, he is running for NPC to build a DSA that wonβt waiver in our solidarity with Palestine.
Comrades, meet our next amazing NPC candidate Francesca! As a member of Connecticut DSA since 2021, she recently served as the chapterβs co-chair. She has been involved in tenant organizing and legislative campaigns, helping start reproductive justice and migrant rights projects.

Luisa MartΓnez is a formerly undocumented immigrant, and full-time union organizer who has been a member of Portland DSA since 2018, previously serving as its International Organizing Committee and Chapter co-chair. She also served on Steering for the DSA International Committee!
We are excited to introduce Luisa! Over the past two years on the NPC she has helped revive immigrant justice organizing within DSA and is running to make sure poor and undocumented people are given a voice on the NPC, particularly those from countries in the global south. @21csocialism.bsky.social
We have built local and national coalitions, served in local and national leadership across DSA, including YDSA, on electoral and labor projects, and the International Committee. Learn more about our candidates and our platform: sordsa.org/npc/
We have led Palestinian liberation and abolitionist organizing, including the Gaza encampments, Uncommitted and No Votes for Genocide, and BDS work; as well as the George Floyd uprising and campaigns to strip police budgets. Our roots extend further beyond, to Occupy and the Arab Spring.
We are excited to announce our slate of NPC candidates: Nell G (Metro DC), Andrew T (Denver), Francesca M (CT) Luisa M (Portland), and Ahmed H (NYC). Growing out of the 2023 Anti-Zionist Slate, and @21csocialism.bsky.social, our slate has come together through years of anti-imperialist organizing.
Our platform includes four resolutions and three amendments focused on building a DSA that builds strong chapters, bound by coherent national standards, that can grow local bases of power and make the necessary political interventions in our communities. sordsa.org
We have served in national and local leadership to advance Palestine, internationalist, abolitionist, and immigrant organizing in DSA across the country, drawing inspiration from key revolutionary moments that have broadened our political horizon in recent decades.
Movements grow through ruptures that expand the political imagination of the working class, and revolutionary action that puts power in our hands to transform the world. We are a cross-tendency network united around transforming DSA into a revolutionary mass political force.

Happy birthday Uncle.
The 19th of May marks the birthdays of Ho Chi Minh in 1890 and Malcolm X in 1925.
Born on the same day but thousands of miles and 35 years apart, these two revolutionaries shared far more than a birthday.
100 years ago today, 19 May 1925, Malcolm X was born.
Through his many travels, he forged a radical vision of #PanAfricanism and internationalism, linking Black struggles in the US to anti-colonial movements across #Africa and the Global South.
