Yeah, this is the scary part. I'd heard 20% salary retention, but am not seeing it in any of the final announcements.
That's in line with what I'm hearing too...may even be getting a 4th rd back.

I was assuming that we would need CGY to retain some portion of the salary, and I meant that our offer still wasn't sweet enough to get them to agree to that retention.
