If 1) I guess you didnβt isolate the flowers that turned into the pods you saved seeds from,
2) the ones you bought from didnβt properly isolate theirs

Wild one, a cross from Fowler between Eshbaughii and Cardenasii.
Fun thing to grow, but not really one for making lots of sauce! π
A large cutting board filled with chillies. Roughly 15 varieties, some long, some short and stubby. Most red, a handful of yellow and orange ones.
Should keep the heat up for the week π

Holding a small red chili pepper.
π± Haskorea pepper is a favorite hot pepper right now, the only one giving me a harvest at the moment. Great flavor, good drought and heat resistance. Planted into our poor clay/sand, and has had 3 foliar feeds. These are all destined for the hot paprika I try to make every year.
βCarnavalβ seasoning pepper - a lobed red pepper shaped like a pumpkin.
π± Itβs not enough to grow pumpkins. I must grow pumpkin peppers. This is βCarnavalβ seasoning pepper from Puerto Rico.
