I wonder if there’s a lawyer that would help me sue the FDA and DEA over the stimulant quotas? Not being able to get my Vyvanse had directly led to me getting disciplinary action at work.

Tried my first reformer Pilates level 1.5 class yesterday after a month a half of level 1 classes. It definitely kicked my butt, but I’m glad I did it. Level 1 was just too easy. I needed a push.

It seriously concerns me that full grown adults who decide to start taking a medication that you have to draw up into a vial don’t understand the difference between weight, volume, and concentration and how they relate to each other when it comes to their medication. 😳😳🥴🥴

It’s dark and cold and I really didn’t want to workout this evening. But I did anyways! I did some bed Pilates in my pajamas. It wasn’t much, but any movement is better than no movement. That’s how I’m looking at it.

I literally cried this morning listening to parts of Mamdani’s acceptance speech from last night. There’s finally hope!

Felt pretty tired to go to the gym tonight. So I stayed home and did a short Pilates session at home. Any movement is better than no movement!

My jaw has been hurting for the last few days and it’s worse today. Not sure what’s going on but I had to cancel stream cuz it’s hurting too much.

So, I’ve been on Zepbound for the last 3 months. And I’m down 25 lbs. I am so happy. I still have a long way to go to my goal weight, but I’m excited about the future!

Took my first dose of Zepbound last night. I already feel it working! But I also already had a bought of nausea this morning, ugh.

I’m so very disappointed. I have supported and raised funds for this organization for a couple years now. And I looked up to some people in this org.

So I finally went to the dr about my shoulder. He has prescribed an anti inflammatory and range of motion exercises. He also thinks in have carpal tunnel. So he wants me to wear a wrist splint at night. Hopefully I can come back to streaming soon!

I haven’t streamed in like a month due to some shoulder pain I’ve been having. Thankfully I have a drs appointment next week for it. Hopefully I’ll get back to streaming soon. I miss it.
