For describing the language, both sound weird to me. Kabyle is only spoken in Algeria (diaspora aside), so the adjective is superfluous in almost all contexts.

Israeli map showing all of southern Lebanon in red with yellow arrows pointing to north of the Litani river
The IDF just ordered the *entirety of south Lebanon* to be forcibly displaced.
They are emptying the land of its population, creating a massive crisis, and will now proceed to further annihilate large parts of Lebanon.
The very nation state of Lebanon is being destroyed.

Page titled "indigo" discussing its use in the medieval islamic world and the differences between using it as a dye or as a paint, with photographic samples of both below a photo of a lump of indigo
One of the updated pages from my book in progress, avec more visual samples. Very pleased.

Rich alludes here to the wisdom of the judges at the Nuremburg trial: โTo initiate a war of aggression, therefore, is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole."

"War is a tyrant"

According to al-Maydฤnฤซ this is said because "war takes those who have done nothing wrong, while the true wrongdoer passes through it safely."
De Brevitate Vitae, Part II. [1] Quid de rerum natura querimur? Illa se benigne gessit; vita, si uti scias, longa est. At!2] alium insatiabilis tenet avaritia, alium in supervacuis laboribus operosa sedulitas; alius vino madet, alius inertia torpet; alium defatigat ex alienis iudiciis suspensa semper ambitio, alium mercandi praeceps cupiditas circa omnis terras, omnia maria spe lucri ducit; quosdam torquet cupido militiae numquam non aut alienis periculis intentos aut suis anxios; sunt quos ingratus superiorum cultus voluntaria servitute consumat; [2] multos aut affectatio.

Very clear that for Starmer, 'sectarian voting' is when British Muslims don't vote Labour, and for many others, it is just when British Muslims vote.

Locative adverbs too, if I'm reading this correctly:

Perfect! And the t being between two vowels explains why it shows up as tฬฑ
"Advise" would fit very well here; the subject seems to be a man whose will asks his heirs to fast or feed the poor on his behalf after his death. ูุตูู is really the verb that comes to mind. So maybe:
"If he does not enjoin them, they will not fast for him nor feed (the poor) for him."
"New moons are times."

"Is it okay to fast before the moon-seeing, or not?"
