Sounds like my local hardware store. Closed on Sundays which is when I always need it… end up going to the big box store instead which I’d always rather not!
Having seen the other guesses I have cheated.. holy moly. Given the history it’s clearly not had an easy life along the way either! Always wanted one - one of the few true “city cars”.

I think that sort of proves my point about the baseline though - sure, not 25C and sunny - but also no typhoons, tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanoes, droughts etc etc. Enjoy the trip - fingers crossed for sunshine!
I have a general theory that because - on a global scale - *most* things are *quite* good in the UK, people don’t realize how good the baseline is. So there’s a general feeling that everything’s a bit rubbish, when really it’s the opposite.
That used to be quite a handsome car… car designers need to understand that more isn’t always more.
Is there another marque that ticks as many boxes as Audi…? Saloons, avants, Q’s, Quattros, RS1 to RS7, R8. Hard to think you couldn’t find what you need somewhere in there. Plus all that motorsport heritage.

I have both a 2016 and a 2019 car. Both have CarPlay but were designed around physical buttons. Think I’m going to try to keep them as long as I can!

I think a lot of the basic things in the world could be improved if we treated both food and money as school topics that are as important as maths and English.
As someone who grew up farming I cant bear food waste either. The sheer time and effort it takes to get food to the point of serving is insane. It always hurts when I drop ingredients and I feel like I’ve let them down at the final hurdle… 😬
Does working with meat like that make you more or less inclined to eat it? That looks like heaven to me, but wonder if having to work with it makes you want to go home and eat minted peas?
